This is how my best friend describes me: "Here's what Lisa is like: 6 feet tall, thick, pretty, and sassy, full lips, beautiful singing voice. She likes country music and is very intelligent. She's looking' for a penpal, not a relationship - she has a wife, a for real one. She likes all people. NO DUMMIES! No games! And if someone is disrespectful, they get their feelings hurt."

I agree for the most part, but I would add a few things, like that I have a great sense of humor and love to laugh and have fun. I sometimes like to get downright silly and laugh until I cry! I am someone who feels that even though life has its trials and tribulations, laughter can get you through any struggles in your life.

I also have a more serious side and can sympathize with people. I have experienced a lot in my life and understand how hard it can be to stay positive. I am an excellent listener and a loyal friend. I'm a lot like AA in that "what is said here, stays here."

I like to read (Stephen King, Dean Koontz, John Grisham, Robert Parker, etc.). I also like to write. I write poems, short stories, erotica, and songs, which I will sing on occasion.

I am a creative person. I work plastic canvas, crochet, scrapbook, and make my own greeting cards. I also draw some and am currently learning to knit.

When I was free I like bike riding, motorcycles, dancing, karaoke, and target shooting. I was a pretty good shot, too. I also enjoy camping, fishing, boating, and shooting a crossbow.

I am a rare breed of woman: a girlie-girl who loves make-up and handguns, nice simple jewelry and a camping trip, going to get my nails done before hiking to the lake with tackle and a good pole. I can curl my hair and clean a fish. I am a walking contradiction and wouldn't change a thing.

I was raised Presbyterian, went to a Christian school, was a deacon in the church at age 17, and helped teach Sunday school. Then, after several traumatic events, I turned to drugs and alcohol. I still believe in God, but don't attend church regularly.

I am looking for loyal people who are interested in an open, honest friendship with a woman who loves life! I need someone who is an open, honest, and reliable as I am.
